For regular deliveries, subscribing is the recommended and most cost-effective option. You can choose the frequency of deliveries to suit your operations – the choice is yours. Businesses located within central Yerevan, benefit from free hand-delivery.

One-time Orders

You can make One-Time orders to buy our products whenever you want, though subscriptions offer better value. If you have a current subscription and want to make extra orders, to meet demand, these additional orders will be available to you at your discounted subscription price.

Subscriptions

How do I purchase a subscription?

To purchase a subscription, simply select the subscription product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you’ll enter your payment details and complete the purchase. Your subscription will be active immediately upon completion of the checkout process.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription. To do this, log into your account, navigate to the Subscriptions section, select the subscription you wish to pause, and click on the “Pause Subscription” button. You will need to specify the date when you want the subscription to resume. The subscription will automatically pause at the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I resume a paused subscription?

To resume a paused subscription, go to the Subscriptions section, find the paused subscription, and select “Resume Subscription.” This will reactivate your subscription, and billing will continue from the date it was paused​.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, going to the Subscriptions section, selecting the subscription you wish to cancel, and clicking on “Cancel Subscription.” Once canceled, you will not be billed for future cycles, and the subscription will end at the close of the current billing period​

How do I change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription plan, navigate to the Subscriptions section in your account, select the subscription you wish to change, and choose the “Change Plan” option. You can then select a new plan from the available options. The changes will take effect from the next billing cycle​.

How can I manage my subscription billing details?

To update your billing details, log into your account, go to the Subscriptions section, and select the subscription for which you want to update the billing information. Click on the “Update Billing Information” button and enter your new payment details.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, you will be notified, and SureCart will attempt to process the payment again. You can update your payment details if necessary to ensure the payment goes through. Persistent payment failures may result in the subscription being paused or canceled until the issue is resolved​.

Deliveries

How do I update my delivery address?

To update your delivery address, log into your account, go to the Subscriptions section, and select the subscription you wish to update. Click on “Edit Delivery Address” and enter your new address. Ensure you update this information before the next shipment date to avoid delivery issues.

Can I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?

No, we make deliveries during the first week of each month. We therefore recommend establishing the quantity you need for a months operations.  If you determine that you need a little extra for seasonal demand, you can order extra untits seprately without affecting your subscription.  Extra orders will be listed in your purchase history availbale in the Orders section of the Customer Dashboard.  Your activity for the period will help you refine and forecast your seasonal requirments.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed or missing?

If your delivery is delayed or missing, first check the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team for assistance. We will help locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

Can I add products to my existing subscription?

Yes, you can add products to your existing subscription. Log into your account, navigate to the Subscriptions section, and select the subscription you wish to update. Click on “Add Products” and choose the items you want to include. The added products will be included in your next delivery.

What happens if I need to return a subscription product?

If you need to return a subscription product, contact our customer support team for return instructions. Returns are subject to our return policy, and you may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances. Ensure you contact us promptly after receiving the product to facilitate the return process.

How do I receive notifications about my subscription?

You will receive email notifications for various subscription-related activities, including upcoming renewals, shipment confirmations, and any changes to your subscription. Ensure your email address is up to date in your account settings to receive these notifications.

How can I view my subscription history?

To view your subscription history, log into your account and go to the Subscriptions section. You will find a detailed history of your subscription activities, including past deliveries, payments, and any changes made to your subscriptions.
